The Employment Discrimination Complaints Division investigates and mediates complaints of discrimination in employment by businesses located inside San Francisco and contractors with the City and County of San Francisco based on a person's race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability or AIDS/HIV status, weight and height.
