Mandatory Recycling of Construction & Demolition Debris Workshop
The Recycling of Construction & Demolition Debris Workshop meets the 4th Wednesday of every month to discuss The City and County of San Francisco’s mandatory program to maximize the recycling of construction and demolition debris (C&D) Ordinance. This workshop is intended for all trades working in the construction industry, including contractors, haulers, architects/designers, and all construction companies and their subcontractors. The workshop will review the origin, purpose the scope, the steps businesses must take to comply and the penalties for not complying with the C&D Ordinance. This workshop is suggested, but not required.

HRC Certification and 12B Compliance Workshop
The HRC Certification and 12B Compliance workshop meets the 1st Wednesday of every month to review major questions about being HRC certified and what the certification entails. There will be a review on the benefits of being certified as a San Francisco LBE, HRC, understanding the economic threshold for being LBE Certified, the requirements to be certified, the process of being certified, the obligations after being Certified as an LBE and more. The 12B compliance reviews what the Equal Benefits Ordinance is, who is covered by the Equal Benefits Ordinance, what benefits are covered and understanding the documents needed to become 12B Compliant. This workshop is suggested, but not required for certification.

LBE Certification Workshop meets the 2nd Wednesday every month to review different Contracts the City offers, which include: Purchasing or Commodity Contracts, Construction Contracts, Professional Services Contracts, General Services Contracts and Property Contracts. The LBE Certification workshop will also help with where to find current and future City Contracts and how to increase your chances of submitting wining bids. This workshop is suggested, but not required.
